Driving Change Through Grassroots Action

At ShilpiCare Foundation, we focus on initiatives that directly impact lives and the environment. From creating livelihood opportunities for women to launching clean-energy projects, every step we take is toward a more empowered and sustainable future.

Women Empowerment

1. Women Empowerment Through Factory Jobs

  • Skill Training: Stitching, packaging, machine operation, inventory handling, quality control.
  • Fair Employment: Equal wages, safe workspaces, balanced shifts.
  • Financial Literacy: Workshops on savings, banking, and digital payments.
  • Community Impact: Many women have become family breadwinners and role models.

โ€œI never thought I could earn with my hands. Now Iโ€™m helping other women learn and grow too.โ€
โ€” Sarita Devi, Factory Worker

Pellet Procurement

2. Biomass Pellet Procurement from Farmers

North India faces dangerous levels of air pollution during winters due to stubble burning. Weโ€™re solving this through:

  • Purchasing crop waste from farmers to prevent burning
  • Converting into biomass pellets โ€“ a clean fuel
  • Powering factory units or collaborating with clean energy firms

Our Goals:

  • ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŒพ Extra income for farmers
  • ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Reduce stubble-burning pollution
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Create a circular economy
  • ๐Ÿงฏ Use clean energy to power factories

Two Initiatives. One Mission.

To uplift communities and create sustainable systems for a better tomorrow.
